Intelligent Hands

These prices are for the provision of rack-space and bandwidth, and do not include technical support. Emergency assistance (eg reboots) and limited support (eg changing backup tapes) will be provided.

Technical Support

Internet Intuitive reserves the right to charge for any additional technical support. We recommend that customers take up one of our support pacakges, as follows:

Basic Management

The Basic management service provides security updates to the server software you are running, we will install the latest patches with-in 3 working days of them becoming available to the public (subject to there being no reported system errors caused by the patches).

Price: £95 + VAT per month

Advanced Management

The advanced management service is intended for customers running a single-site dedicated server. In addition to the Basic Management service, this provides the following support levels:

• Email Configuration - Setting up new email accounts, addresses, mailing lists and auto-responders within your domain.
• DNS Settings - Addition of new DNS zones (domain names), A records (e.g. www.domain.com), MX records (mail server pointing), CNAME records (domain to domain aliases) within your domain name.
